They lost their opening road game in Memphis, and they haven't lost since. Last season they were the only team in the league with a better record on the road than at home.
--G Courtney Lee is one of three NBA players newly in the market for an agent. Lee's previous agent, Jason Levien, just became assistant general manager for the Sacramento Kings. Levien also was representing Kevin Martin of Sacramento and Luol Deng of Chicago. --The Magic, who always talk about their family-like atmosphere, are not pleased to be the only team in the NBA that plays on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve this season. Part of the reason is they have become popular for national television with Dwight Howard on the roster. "Why complain?" asked Howard. "We get to play on national TV. That's great for us."
