Orlando Magic Notes, Quotes 2009-12-11--C Dwight Howard and G Vince Carter would be starting for the Eastern Conference in the All-Star Game if the voting ended with the first round of calculations, which came out Thursday. In fan voting, Howard led over Shaquille O'Neal of Cleveland. Carter was running a distant second among guards behind Dwyane Wade of Miami. Carter had a narrow lead over Gilbert Arenas.
