 --NBA commissioner David Stern will be in Orlando Tuesday for Game 5. He is expected to tour the Magic's new arena, which is under construction. Stern said over the weekend that the Magic can expect to host the NBA All-Star Game soon after the arena opens for the 2010-11 season. --Rookie Courtney Lee didn't come close to winning the Rookie of the Year -- he didn't' receive significant playing time until midseason -- but he has been one of the top rookies in the playoffs. Outside of Derrick Rose of Chicago, Lee has emerged as one of the league's best first-year players with his recent performances. He had 15 points Sunday, the third time he reached double-figures in the four games. QUOTE TO NOTE: "They all of a sudden have become the best three-point shooting team in the league.
