
--A paternity suit was filed Friday against C Dwight Howard in Orange County Circuit Court by a woman whom he already has said gave birth to his son back in November. The suit is asking to officially establish his fatherhood and determine child support payments.
--Magic coach Stan Van Gundy seemed genuinely happy to see the Bucks honoring their all-time best players at halftime Friday because it meant an appearance by Oscar Robertson, who happens to be Van Gundy's all-time favorite NBA player. "He was the best who ever played the game," Van Gundy said.
--Magic GM Otis Smith missed one of his few games this season, remaining back in Orlando for the weekend, where he gathered Magic scouts to go over college and international players who will be available in the June draft.
