ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Anthony Johnson, Shooting guard Mickael Pietrus, Small forward Hedo Turkoglu, Power forward Rashard Lewis, Center Dwight Howard. Bench -- C/F Tony Battie, G J.J. Redick, G Courtney Lee.
PLAYER NOTES: --C Dwight Howard feasts on the Wizards, who have nobody to guard him. In two victories this season over the Wizards, he has combined for 57 points and 30 rebounds. Howard this season is trying to become just the fourth player in league history to lead in the NBA in both rebounding and blocked shots, joining Bill Walton, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Ben Wallace.
--F Hedo Turkoglu recorded his first double-double of the season when he had 20 points and 10 rebounds against Washington. His rebounding total was a season high.
--G J.J. Redick looks a lot more relaxed on the court now that he knows he will be getting regular playing time in the absence of G Keith Bogans. Redick, though, has yet to have the hot-shooting night people have been expecting.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--G Keith Bogans is out for at least four weeks with a broken left thumb, an injury he sustained Saturday night against the Houston Rockets.
--G Jameer Nelson (strained hip flexor) is expected to be out for 7-10 days. He hopes to return next week against Minnesota.
--G Mike Wilks (torn ACL) is out for the season while recovering from surgery on his right knee. Because of the swelling, Wilks had to wait almost a month from the date of the injury to have surgery.
