PLAYER NOTES: --PG Jameer Nelson has been a huge surprise in this season because everyone expected him to be outplayed by T.J. Ford. Nelson has scored 24 and 18 points in the two games, respectively, shooting over 50 percent both times. --C Dwight Howard became the first player since Kevin Garnett to get a 20/20 on back to back games in the playoffs. He had 29 points and 20 rebounds Tuesday in Game 2. --C Marcin Gortat, who hardly played in the regular season, was surprised to make a playoff appearance because the Raptors went small and Dwight Howard needed a break.
